One number usually decides it. 3. Copy the address. Copy it fresh for this deposit rather than reusing one saved in your wallet.
4. Send from your wallet. Confirm the amount and the network in your own wallet app before you approve the transfer.
5. Credit after network confirmation. The balance appears once the network confirms the transaction, so the chain sets the pace, not the cashier.

Choosing the network

In general, a stablecoin such as USDT exists on several blockchains at once, and the same ticker on two different networks is not interchangeable. That is why the cashier shows a network alongside the address. Match it exactly.

This is the one real risk in crypto deposits, and it is not specific to us: a transfer sent to an address on a network that does not support it can be unrecoverable, because blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. If the network name in the cashier is not one your wallet offers, stop and message Live Chat rather than guessing.

Crypto withdrawals and your tier limit

Payouts in crypto follow your VIP tier, and the crypto ceiling is the higher of the two routes at every level.

Those are the published ceilings. Because the period is not stated anywhere in our terms, do not assume a daily allowance; confirm it with Live Chat if a planned withdrawal approaches the figure for your tier.

Identity checks come before the money moves. We may ask for photo ID, both sides of a card, a passport, a driving licence or a recent bank statement, and random security checks can happen on any account. The name registered on your 12Play account has to match the name on your payment account, and one account per currency is the rule, so a second profile created to work around a check tends to end with both suspended. 12Crypto bonuses on first and every deposit

The 150% Crypto Welcome is for a first crypto deposit by a new member who has claimed no other bonus. On the published example, USDT 50 brings USDT 75 in bonus, and the x18 requirement works out at USDT 2,250 in real bets, which is about SGD 2,970. Choose it in the deposit dropdown, and remember a welcome is one per account: taking this one means the SGD welcome choices are no longer available to you.

After that first deposit, the daily crypto bonus pays 1% of every crypto deposit on approval, with no cap in sight. A SGD 3,000 deposit therefore adds SGD 30. Turnover is only x1, which is the lightest requirement we publish, but there is a deadline: the bonus is forfeited if that x1 is not met within 30 days. If you deposit and then step away from the lobby for a month, the 1% goes.

The daily reload also has a USDT version at x10 rather than the SGD x12, with the same SGD 50 minimum. Deposit USDT 500, take the USDT 50 reload, and the x10 applies to the combined 550, which is USDT 5,500 in bets. Crypto basics before your first transfer

If this is your first crypto deposit anywhere, three general points cover most of what goes wrong. A wallet address is a long string specific to one coin and one network, so always copy and paste it; typing it out invites a mistake you cannot undo. Confirmation times vary by network, from seconds on some chains to several minutes on others, which is why a deposit can look pending while everything is working normally. Network fees are charged by the blockchain itself and change with congestion, so the amount leaving your wallet and the amount arriving are not always identical.
