Choose your 12Play welcome bonus

Your first deposit comes with one choice, not a stack of offers. In the deposit form you pick a single welcome from the promotion dropdown, and that pick decides how much betting stands between the bonus and a withdrawal. Three of the offers pay a 12Play welcome bonus of up to SGD 300: 100% on all games, 150% on sports and esports, and 100% on slots. A fourth pays a flat SGD 100 on a SGD 100 deposit. Every welcome needs at least SGD 50 in, applies once per account, and is credited together with the deposit itself.

Compare the 12Play welcome bonus choices

Enter the deposit you have in mind and the chooser returns the bonus, the total betting volume required and the games each offer counts on.

Read the results by the turnover column, not by the bonus column. The 150% Sports & Esports Welcome carries the lightest requirement at x10, so a SGD 200 deposit with its SGD 300 bonus asks for SGD 5,000 in bets. The 100% Slots Welcome sits in the middle at x12. The 100% Welcome on all games pays the same cash but asks x25, which turns a SGD 300 deposit into SGD 15,000 of betting volume. In other words, the widest game choice costs the most play, and the narrowest game choice costs the least. Once the welcome is cleared, daily rebates and VIP quarters decide what each later deposit returns, and the rest of the Singapore lobby opens up on the same balance.

The three choices that pay up to SGD 300

All three are first-deposit offers with a SGD 50 minimum and a SGD 300 bonus ceiling. Turnover is counted on the deposit plus the bonus, which is why the total amount matters more than the bonus alone.

100% Welcome: all games except Mega888 and Arcade

This is the broad option. Deposit SGD 300 and you start with SGD 600 in the wallet, because the bonus matches the deposit up to the cap. At x25, that combined SGD 600 asks for SGD 15,000 in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can go through. Live tables, slots and sports all contribute, but Mega888 titles and the arcade section are carved out. Pick this one if you want to move between products rather than commit to a single lobby, and accept that the trade for that freedom is the heaviest multiplier of the four.

150% Sports & Esports Welcome

The highest rate pays on the smallest base. Because the bonus is capped at SGD 300, a deposit of SGD 200 already reaches the ceiling: 150% of SGD 200 is exactly SGD 300. That gives you SGD 500 to bet with and, at x10, a requirement of SGD 5,000 in sports and esports turnover. Depositing more than SGD 200 adds to your own balance but not to the bonus, so SGD 200 is the efficient entry point here. Odds rules apply, and selections priced below 1.50 in decimal do not count towards the figure.

100% Slots Welcome

The slots choice pays 100% to the same SGD 300 cap and clears at x12. Deposit SGD 300 and the SGD 600 total needs SGD 7,200 in slot bets. Spins on Mega888 are excluded from the count, as is the arcade section, so keep your play inside the main slot providers while the bonus is live. Compared with the all-games choice, you give up live tables and sports but halve the betting volume.

Deposit SGD 100, get SGD 100

The fourth option is flat rather than percentage based, and it is selected as Welcome Your Join on the deposit form. Put in SGD 100, receive SGD 100, then clear x5 on the SGD 200 total, which works out at SGD 1,000 in real bets. It is open on the first deposit only. For a player who wants a short, finishable requirement rather than the largest bonus, this is the lightest commitment on the list.

The 150% crypto welcome on a first USDT deposit

Funding in crypto opens a separate welcome: 150% on a first crypto deposit, for new members who have not claimed another bonus. A deposit of USDT 50 returns USDT 75 in bonus, giving USDT 125 to play with. The multiplier is x18, so the requirement is USDT 2,250 in real bets, roughly SGD 2,970 at the rate the offer quotes.

That is a bigger betting figure than any of the SGD choices, so treat it as a crypto-first option rather than a shortcut. It cannot be stacked with the SGD welcome: claiming one closes the other. A separate 1% daily bonus is added to every later deposit in USDT, BTC or ETH, with x1 turnover.

No 12Play promo code needed for the welcome

There is no promo code to type, and no 12Play voucher to redeem. The welcome is a selection, not a coupon: you choose it from the promotion dropdown inside the deposit form, and the bonus is credited with the deposit. Nobody in Live Chat needs to send you a string of characters first. For the same reason, there is no free credit without a deposit on this offer set, since every welcome is calculated as a percentage of money you have funded.

1. Log in and open Deposit. Sign in to your 12Play account, then open the cashier.
2. Enter at least SGD 50. Anything below the minimum funds the account but takes no bonus.
3. Choose the welcome in the promotion dropdown. Only one option can be attached to a deposit.
4. Confirm the deposit. The bonus is credited alongside it, in the same wallet.
5. Meet the turnover before a withdrawal. The multiplier applies to deposit plus bonus.

If you confirm a deposit without selecting an offer, it is treated as a plain deposit instead, which carries a x1 turnover requirement rather than a welcome multiplier.

What 12Play excludes from welcome turnover

Not every bet reduces the figure, and a few patterns can cost you the bonus outright. The following are excluded from welcome and reload turnover:

• Blackjack, 3 Pictures, Casino Hold’em and other poker formats
• First Person and RNG table games, including non-live roulette
• Number games, board games and draw-result games
• Mega888 titles and the whole arcade section

Alongside the game list, the bet itself has to qualify. Selections at odds below 1.50 in decimal are not counted. Opposite betting, where both sides of the same event are backed, is disregarded, as are voided bets. On roulette, a spin covering more than 24 numbers does not count, and two-tier or progression betting against a bonus can lead to forfeited bonus funds. Each promotion is limited to one per person, household, address, email address, phone number, payment account, shared computer and IP address, so a second claim from the same home is not available.

While a welcome is active with turnover outstanding, a withdrawal cannot be processed; the practical move is to finish the required volume, then request the payout. After the welcome is settled, the Unlimited 10% top-up on every deposit takes over as the standing offer, at x12 in SGD and x10 in USDT.

Your welcome is picked in the deposit form, after you log in and enter at least SGD 50.
