The amount is set by your VIP tier, from SGD 38 at Rookie up to SGD 2,888 at Legend, and it carries x1 turnover, which is the lightest wagering condition on any of our offers. It is claimed through Live Chat rather than the deposit dropdown, and you show an ID or a driving licence when you ask for it.
How much the 12Play birthday bonus pays
Your tier at the moment you claim decides the figure. Because the turnover is x1, the bets you need before a withdrawal are simply equal to the bonus itself, which makes the table below the whole calculation rather than the starting point of one.

The jumps between tiers are steep, and that is deliberate: the gap from Ace to Elite multiplies the amount by more than four. So if your birthday month falls shortly after a quarter in which you were close to an upgrade, the tier you hold on the day you claim matters more than the exact date you message us. Tier amounts, rebate rates and withdrawal limits all move together as you climb, and our SGD bonus structure is built so that each one reinforces the others.
One practical point on timing. The bonus is credited during your birthday month, so a claim made in the final days of that month still has to be processed inside it.
Who qualifies for a birthday bonus
Three conditions decide this, and all three are easy to check before you open the chat window.
- At least 3 deposits within the year. Activity, not size, is what we look at here.
- Once a year. One birthday bonus per account per year, in the birthday month and no other month.
- Not combined with a welcome bonus. If you are a new member still working through one of the welcome offers, the birthday credit is not stacked on top of it.
That last rule is the one that catches newer accounts. Our welcome offers run at x25, x12, x10 or x18 depending on which you picked, so the sensible order is to finish the welcome turnover first and then come back for the birthday credit while you are still inside your birthday month. If the two overlap and the month is nearly over, the welcome bonus takes priority because its value is almost always larger.
Three deposits
Fewer than 3 deposits in the year means no birthday bonus, whatever your tier shows.
Account details need to line up as well. Across deposits, withdrawals and manual claims like this one, the name on your bank or payment account must be identical to your registered 12Play account name, and that is the same name we expect on the document you show us.

A word on the ID check, because it surprises some players.
