Weekly Rescue for a losing week

12Play SingaporeUpdated

12Play weekly rescue: 5% back on a losing week, claimed through Live Chat on Monday, x5 turnover

Not every week goes your way. When yours closes in the red, the 12Play weekly rescue hands back 5% of the net loss as a bonus, claimed on the Monday that follows through Live Chat in your account. At Legend tier the payment reaches SGD 2,888.

The rules are published and they are arithmetic, not goodwill. A qualifying week starts above SGD 2,000 of net loss, the percentage is calculated after any bonuses you claimed that week, and the credited amount carries five times turnover before a withdrawal.

Two numbers come out of it. The first is the credit itself, which is 5% of your net loss, trimmed to your tier ceiling. The second is the turnover it brings with it, which is always five times the credit. Read them together before you claim, because a rescue is betting money rather than cash, and it only becomes withdrawable once that volume is complete. The rescue sits beside our other SGD offers, and it is the only one claimed through Live Chat.

How the rescue is counted

A rescue week runs Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 (GMT+8). Nothing carries over: each week is measured on its own, and the result is settled or lost on the Monday afterwards.

The formula is simple. We take your gross loss for the week, subtract any bonus you claimed during that week, and pay 5% of what remains.

The two thresholds

Below SGD 2,000 of net loss there is no rescue at all. Between SGD 2,000 and SGD 3,000, every tier from Rookie to Legend is held to the same SGD 58 maximum, so a SGD 2,500 losing week returns SGD 58 and carries SGD 290 in bets. From SGD 3,000 upwards, the 5% runs freely until it meets your tier cap.

Rescue caps by tier

RoyaleSGD 1,888
LegendSGD 2,888

Take an Elite member with a net loss of SGD 10,000 across the week. Five per cent of that is SGD 500, comfortably inside the Elite ceiling of SGD 1,388, so the full SGD 500 is credited and SGD 2,500 in bets releases it.

The same member at Rookie would still receive SGD 488 on that week, because the cap bites before the percentage does. The ceiling is the part that moves, and it moves with your quarter, so moving up a VIP tier raises every rescue you claim afterwards.

Claiming your 12Play rescue bonus on Monday

The rescue bonus is not credited automatically. You ask for it, and you ask on one specific day.

Monday only

A rescue not claimed through Live Chat on the following Monday is not paid.

  1. The week closes. Betting is measured to Sunday 23:59 (GMT+8).
  2. Open Live Chat. Log in to your 12Play account on Monday and start the chat.
  3. Ask for the Weekly Rescue. Our team checks the week’s figures against your tier.
  4. The bonus is credited. It lands in your balance as bonus funds.
  5. Clear the turnover. Bet five times the credited amount before you withdraw.

Five times is the whole of the condition, and it scales with the payment. A SGD 888 rescue at Ace needs SGD 4,440 in bets. The maximum SGD 2,888 needs SGD 14,440. That volume has to come from products that count towards promotional turnover, so arcade titles, Mega888, RNG table formats, opposite betting and odds below 1.50 decimal do nothing for it. Live tables, slots and sports all count in the normal way.

When the week does not qualify

Three things stop a rescue, and all three are ordinary rather than hidden.

  • The loss is too small. Under SGD 2,000 net, there is nothing to calculate.
  • A bonus was claimed inside the week. Those amounts come off the loss figure first, which is why a week spent clearing a welcome offer rarely leaves a rescue behind.
  • The account is not the only one in its household. Our promotions run one per person, family, address, phone number, payment account, shared computer and IP address.

That leaves a gap for the quieter weeks, and the gap is filled daily rather than weekly. Your daily cash rebate pays a percentage of real bets on live tables, slots, sports and esports whether the day won or lost, from 0.40% up to 1.20% depending on tier and product, with a SGD 5 minimum payout. Rescue covers the bad week. Rebate covers every day in it.

Your week closes Sunday night and the claim window opens Monday morning in Live Chat.

Questions players ask

What is the minimum loss before a rescue applies?

Your net loss for the week must be above SGD 2,000. Between SGD 2,000 and SGD 3,000 every tier is capped at SGD 58. From SGD 3,000 upwards the 5% calculation runs against your tier cap instead.

When can I claim the rescue?

On the Monday that follows the qualifying week, through Live Chat in your account. The week itself runs Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 (GMT+8). A rescue left unclaimed that Monday is not paid later.

How much turnover does the rescue carry?

Five times the credited bonus. A SGD 500 rescue needs SGD 2,500 in bets, and the maximum SGD 2,888 needs SGD 14,440. Arcade, Mega888 and the other excluded formats do not count towards it.

Does the rescue stack with the welcome bonus?

No. Bonuses claimed during the week are subtracted from the loss figure, so a week spent clearing a welcome offer usually leaves little or nothing to rescue. The welcome choices are one per account.

What is the cap for my tier?

Rookie SGD 488, Ace SGD 888, Elite SGD 1,388, Royale SGD 1,888 and Legend SGD 2,888. These ceilings only apply once the net loss reaches SGD 3,000; below that the limit is SGD 58 at every tier.

Which bets count towards the weekly loss?

Real bets on products that count for promotions. Mega888, arcade and RNG table formats are excluded, as are voided bets, opposite betting and odds below 1.50 decimal.
