12Play SingaporeUpdated

This notice explains what happens to information about you when you use 12Play in Singapore. It follows the order in which you meet us: reading these pages, signing up, depositing and playing, and asking us a question.

Reading these pages

You can read every page without an account. Our web server records ordinary access data: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request. We use it to keep pages fast and available and to stop abusive traffic. It is not combined with account data and not used to profile readers.

Cookies are limited to those a page needs to load and display. Blocking or clearing them in your browser does not stop any page from working.

The Pick My Welcome and My 12Play buttons, and the buttons inside articles, take you to the 12Play lobby. The pages here have no forms, so nothing is passed along with that click apart from what any browser sends when it opens a link.

Signing up

Opening an account asks for a username, a password and your name. Your name must match the name on the bank account you deposit from and withdraw to, because payments in another person’s name are refused. Each person may hold one account per currency; duplicate accounts are suspended.

12Play’s terms set 18 as the minimum age. Our Singapore pages are written for readers aged 21 and over.

Depositing and playing

Your account keeps the records needed to run it: deposits, withdrawals, bets, bonus claims, rebates and the payment accounts or crypto wallets you use. These records let us credit bonuses, count turnover and apply the withdrawal limit of your VIP tier.

Before a withdrawal, or during a random security check, we may ask for identity documents: an ID, both sides of a payment card, a passport, a driving licence or a recent bank statement. The birthday bonus is claimed with an ID or driving licence so the date can be confirmed. These documents are used to confirm that the person withdrawing or claiming is the person who registered.

Promotions are limited to one per person, family, address, email, phone number, payment account, shared computer and IP address. To apply that limit we compare those details across accounts.

Fraud prevention

Device and connection checks from security providers help us detect account takeovers, duplicate accounts and payment fraud. They run when you sign in and when money moves.

Questions about your information

Open Live Chat inside your account, at any hour, to ask what your account holds, to correct a detail or to ask about closing the account. Support will never ask for your password or a one-time code.
