How do I open a 12Play account?
Choose Create Account from the login window, set a username and password, and enter your details exactly as they appear on your identity document. One account is allowed per currency, so a second registration in the same currency is suspended rather than stacked. Our pages are written for readers aged 21 and over. Details you cannot later verify will hold up your first withdrawal, so get them right at sign-up.
Why must my bank account name match my account name?
Because deposits and withdrawals are only processed to an account holder whose name is identical to your registered name. A joint account, a family member’s account or a slightly different spelling will fail that check. The same rule applies in reverse: money leaves only to you. It is the single condition that causes the most avoidable delay, and it is easy to satisfy before your first deposit rather than after it.
What if I forget my password?
Use Forgot password ? in the login window and follow the recovery steps there. If recovery stalls because your contact details have changed, message Live Chat, which runs 24 hours a day inside your account. Keep your username and password private. Your welcome choice, rebate history and VIP progress all sit behind that one login, so a recovered account keeps everything intact.

Is there a 12Play promo code or voucher?
No. There is no code to type and no voucher to redeem. Every bonus is picked from the promotion dropdown on the deposit form before you confirm the transfer. If you leave that dropdown on the plain option, the deposit arrives as cash with no bonus attached. Anything offering you a code outside the deposit form is not part of how our promotions work.
Which welcome bonus should I pick?
One welcome applies per account, and the minimum deposit is SGD 50. The 100% all-games welcome pays up to SGD 300 at x25 turnover. The 150% sports and esports welcome also caps at SGD 300, but at x10. The 100% slots welcome caps at SGD 300 at x12. Pick the one matching where you play: a SGD 300 slots deposit plus SGD 300 bonus needs SGD 7,200 in bets, while the same amounts on the all-games choice need SGD 15,000.
How does the Weekly Rescue work?
Rescue covers part of a losing week, counted Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 (GMT+8). Your net loss after claimed promotions must exceed SGD 2,000, and the 5% calculation starts from SGD 3,000. Caps rise by tier: SGD 488 at Rookie, 888 at Ace, 1,388 at Elite, 1,888 at Royale and 2,888 at Legend. The credit carries x5 turnover, and it is claimed through Live Chat on the following Monday only.
When can I claim my daily cash rebate?
From 5 am the next day, on the Cash Rebate page inside your account. Anything left unclaimed is paid out automatically on Monday. The minimum payout is SGD 5, and rebate does not run alongside a welcome bonus. Rates depend on tier and product, from 0.40% on live tables at Rookie up to 1.20% on slots at Legend, with sports and esports between those figures.

What is the minimum deposit for a bonus?
SGD 50 for every deposit bonus, including the welcome choices and the 10% daily reload. Below that amount the promotion dropdown has nothing to give you, so the deposit lands as plain cash. The crypto welcome is sized in USDT instead: a USDT 50 deposit returns a USDT 75 bonus at x18 turnover, with a realbet requirement of USDT 2,250.
Why does a plain deposit still need turnover?
A deposit taken with no promotion attached carries x1 turnover before withdrawal. In practice that means betting the deposit once. It exists so the cashier is not used purely to move money in and out. Keep in mind that arcade, Mega888 and RNG table games do not count towards bonus turnover, and some bet patterns, such as opposite betting or roulette covering more than 24 numbers, void the bonus entirely.
How much can I withdraw?
Your limit is set by your VIP tier, and crypto withdrawals sit higher than SGD withdrawals at every tier below Legend.

Before a withdrawal clears we may ask for identification: a photograph of your document, both sides of a card, a passport or a recent bank statement. Security checks are also run at random, so a request does not mean something is wrong with your account.
Which payment methods does 12Play support?
Crypto is confirmed for Singapore accounts: USDT, Bitcoin and Ethereum, with deposit and withdrawal steps laid out on the 12Crypto section. Safety and playing in Singapore
Is 12Play legal in Singapore?
We cannot tell you that it is.
