12Play SingaporeUpdated

12Play VIP from Rookie to Legend, upgrades counted on deposits within the quarter

Our VIP programme has five tiers: Rookie, Ace, Elite, Royale and Legend. Every account opens at Rookie, and the climb is measured one way only, by the total you deposit inside a quarter. SGD 15,000 takes you to Ace, SGD 90,000 to Elite and SGD 360,000 to Royale. Legend is by invitation, so no deposit figure is published for it.

What a tier changes is practical rather than cosmetic. It sets your withdrawal limit, your daily cash rebate rate, your weekly rescue cap, your birthday amount, your quarterly reward and, from Ace up, your monthly 50% reload cap and your account manager. The numbers below are the ones that apply to 12Play VIP Singapore accounts, in SGD.

Track your VIP quarter

The tracker below takes your deposits so far in the quarter and shows how far you are from the next threshold.

Only deposits move the total. Winnings, bonus credit and rebate payouts do not, so a strong run at the tables leaves your tier exactly where it was. Because the count restarts each quarter, timing matters more than most players expect: a deposit made in the last week of a quarter counts towards that quarter, not the next one. Those same deposits can also earn a reload bonus or a daily rebate, which run alongside our other SGD offers. The tier you hold while you deposit is the tier that sets the rebate rate on those bets, which is why the climb pays twice.

The five 12Play VIP tiers

Everything a tier controls sits in one table. Read down your own row first, then across to the row above it to see what the next step is worth.

Ace, Elite and Royale renew for one year once reached. That is the part worth planning around: a tier earned in one quarter keeps paying its rebate rate, rescue cap and birthday amount for twelve months, even if your deposits drop in the quarters that follow.

Withdrawal limit by tier

Your 12Play withdrawal limit is attached to your tier, and crypto carries a higher ceiling than SGD at every step. Rookie withdraws up to 20,000 in SGD or 30,000 in crypto, and Royale up to 50,000 or 100,000. Legend limits are set individually. We do not publish a window for these figures, so treat the number as the ceiling your tier works to and check the limit your account shows when you request a withdrawal.

Two account rules apply before any of it moves. The bank account name has to be identical to your 12Play account name, and we may ask for ID, both sides of a card, a passport, a driving licence or a recent bank statement before a withdrawal clears. Sorting that out on the way in is far easier than sorting it out on the way out. For crypto, USDT, Bitcoin and Ethereum are the named options; beyond those, the cashier shows the methods available to your account.

What each step up changes

Quarter reset

Upgrades count the deposits made within the quarter, so progress does not carry over into the next one.

Ace: your first 12Play VIP upgrade

SGD 15,000 of deposits in a quarter moves you to Ace, and it is the biggest single jump in the programme. Ace adds a VIP account manager and a festival gift, lifts the withdrawal limit to 30,000 in SGD or 50,000 in crypto, raises the weekly rescue cap to SGD 888 and starts the quarterly reward at SGD 68. It also opens the VIP Monthly 50% reload bonus, capped at SGD 200 at this tier. That offer runs at x10 turnover with a minimum deposit of SGD 50, so a deposit of SGD 400 takes the full SGD 200 and leaves 600 to turn over ten times, which is SGD 6,000 in bets.

Elite: rebates rise and the reload cap reaches SGD 500

Elite needs SGD 90,000 in the quarter. Every rebate rate steps up, the withdrawal limit reaches 40,000 in SGD or 75,000 in crypto, rescue caps at SGD 1,388 and the quarterly reward is SGD 308. The monthly 50% reload cap doubles and a half to SGD 500, so a deposit of SGD 1,000 takes the maximum bonus and creates SGD 15,000 of turnover at x10.

Royale: the reload cap reaches SGD 1,000

Royale sits at SGD 360,000 of quarterly deposits. It pays a quarterly reward of SGD 1,388, matches that figure on your birthday, caps rescue at SGD 1,888 and lifts withdrawals to 50,000 in SGD or 100,000 in crypto. The monthly 50% reload cap is SGD 1,000, which means a deposit of SGD 2,000 is the point where the bonus stops growing.

Legend: invitation only

Legend is not bought with a deposit total. It is extended by invitation, and it replaces fixed withdrawal ceilings with customised limits. Legend carries the programme’s highest published figures elsewhere too: SGD 2,888 quarterly reward, SGD 2,888 weekly rescue cap, SGD 2,888 birthday bonus and a monthly 50% reload capped at SGD 3,000.

Rebates by tier, and what rescue adds

The daily cash rebate pays on turnover whether you win or lose, and the rate depends on both your tier and the product you played.

Live casino0.40%0.45%0.50%0.60%0.80%
Sports and esports0.45%0.55%0.65%0.75%0.90%

Slots carry the widest spread, from 0.45% at Rookie to 1.20% at Legend. Each day’s rebate is ready to claim from 5 am the next day on the Cash Rebate page in your account, with a minimum payout of SGD 5, and anything left unclaimed is paid automatically on Monday. It cannot run alongside a welcome bonus.

Weekly rescue works the other way, on losses. It pays 5% of your weekly net loss after claimed promotions, capped at the figure in your tier row, from SGD 488 at Rookie to SGD 2,888 at Legend, and the credit carries x5 turnover. A net loss above SGD 2,000 qualifies, and the 5% tier caps apply from SGD 3,000. The claim happens through Live Chat on the following Monday and nowhere else, so you can work out your rescue before you message us.

Birthday bonus by tier

Your birthday amount follows the same ladder: SGD 38 at Rookie, 68 at Ace, 308 at Elite, 1,388 at Royale and 2,888 at Legend. It is claimed once a year, in your birthday month, through Live Chat with your ID or driving licence, and it needs at least three deposits made within the year. Turnover is x1, which makes it one of the lightest credits in the programme, but it cannot be combined with a welcome bonus. Because the amount depends on the tier you hold when you claim, an upgrade earned in the quarter before your birthday month is worth checking against the birthday claim conditions.

Your quarter total, your tier and your withdrawal limit all sit in the same place in your account.

Questions players ask

How do I upgrade my VIP tier?

By deposit volume inside a single quarter. SGD 15,000 of deposits moves you to Ace, SGD 90,000 to Elite and SGD 360,000 to Royale. Only deposits count, not winnings or bonus credit, and the count restarts when the quarter does.

How long does a VIP tier last once I reach it?

Ace, Elite and Royale renew for one year. You keep that tier’s withdrawal limit, rebate rate, rescue cap, birthday amount and quarterly reward for the full year, whatever your deposits do in the quarters that follow.

What is the withdrawal limit for my tier?

Rookie SGD 20,000 and crypto 30,000; Ace 30,000 and 50,000; Elite 40,000 and 75,000; Royale 50,000 and 100,000; Legend is set individually. We do not publish a window for the figure, so check the limit your account displays when you request a withdrawal.

How do I reach Legend?

Legend is by invitation only, so there is no published deposit threshold to clear. Legend accounts carry customised withdrawal limits, a quarterly reward of SGD 2,888, a weekly rescue cap of SGD 2,888 and a monthly reload cap of SGD 3,000.

Who gets a VIP account manager?

Ace and above. The same step adds a festival gift and opens the monthly 50% reload bonus, which Rookie accounts cannot claim.
