Unlimited 10% daily reload

Every deposit after your welcome can carry an extra 10%. The 12Play daily reload has no maximum bonus amount and no daily limit on how often you take it, so a SGD 50 deposit adds SGD 5 and a SGD 5,000 deposit adds SGD 500. The trade is published up front: the SGD version carries x12 turnover, the USDT version x10, and both need a deposit of at least SGD 50. VIP members from Ace upwards also get one 50% reload each month on top, capped by tier.

The 12Play reload bonus on every deposit

The reload is not automatic, so the first habit to build is selecting it. Log in to your 12Play account, open Deposit, then choose the unlimited 10% daily reload in the promotion dropdown before you confirm the amount. If you confirm without picking it, that transfer becomes a plain deposit and the extra 10% cannot be added afterwards.

Two numbers decide whether a reload suits a given deposit: the size of the bonus and the betting it brings with it. Because the bonus is a flat percentage, it scales with you. The turnover scales too, which is why the reload, like the other SGD offers, rewards players who were going to keep betting anyway rather than players who want the money back out quickly.

The 12Play 10% reload in SGD at x12

Deposit SGD 500 in Singapore dollars and SGD 50 is added, giving a combined SGD 550. At x12, that is SGD 6,600 in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be processed. At the minimum, a SGD 50 deposit plus SGD 5 comes to SGD 55, so the requirement is SGD 660.

Turnover counts betting volume, not losses, so the same stake recycled through the lobby keeps contributing as long as the bets themselves qualify.

USDT reload: 10% extra at x10

The dropdown carries a USDT version of the same offer for crypto deposits, and the turnover is lower at x10. Deposit USDT 500, take USDT 50 in bonus, and the combined USDT 550 needs USDT 5,500 in bets. The currency you deposit in decides which version applies; you cannot mix a USDT deposit with the SGD reload.

Game coverage is wide but not total. All games count towards the requirement except Mega888 and the Arcade section, which means fish shooting and the Spadegaming arcade titles do nothing for your turnover while a reload is running. If arcade play is how you usually spend an evening, confirm that deposit plain instead.

VIP monthly 50% reload

Once you hold a VIP tier, one deposit a month can take 50% rather than 10%. The percentage is the same for everyone from Ace up; what changes is the ceiling on the bonus.

• Ace: maximum SGD 200, reached by a deposit of SGD 400
• Elite: maximum SGD 500, reached by a deposit of SGD 1,000
• Royale: maximum SGD 1,000, reached by a deposit of SGD 2,000

Turnover is x10 on deposit plus bonus, and the minimum deposit is still SGD 50. An Ace member depositing SGD 400 receives SGD 200, so SGD 600 at x10 leaves SGD 6,000 in bets to clear. Depositing more than the figure that hits your cap still works, but the bonus stops growing while the turnover keeps rising, so the cap is the natural size for that month’s deposit.

Tiers move on quarterly deposit totals rather than on points, and the monthly 50% is one of the reasons the climb pays. The deposit thresholds, withdrawal limits and quarterly rewards attached to the five VIP tiers set out what each level is buying you. Rookie members are not excluded from reloads at all; they simply use the unlimited 10% every day instead of a monthly 50%.

Choosing between a reload and a plain deposit

Both parts of that are true at once, and the choice follows from them. A deposit confirmed with no promotion attached needs only x1, which means betting the deposit through once. A reload multiplies the extra 10% into a much larger betting commitment.

Read the two extremes against each other. A plain SGD 500 deposit needs SGD 500 in bets and the balance is yours to withdraw. The same deposit with the reload hands you SGD 50 and asks for SGD 6,600. If you plan a long session across slots or live tables, that volume arrives on its own and the extra is free money. If you are depositing to cover a weekend of sports bets and then cashing out, the plain route gets you to the withdrawal far sooner.

What the reload excludes

The reload follows the same exclusions as our other bonuses, so nothing here is specific to it. Mega888 and Arcade contribute no turnover at all. Inside the rest of the lobby, these bet types are also excluded: blackjack, First Person games, Casino Hold’em and other poker formats, number games, board games, RNG table games and draw-result games.

Certain betting patterns void a bonus rather than merely failing to count. Covering both sides of the same market, two-tier betting and progression systems can forfeit the bonus and anything won from it. Voided bets never count, nor do bets at decimal odds below 1.50, and roulette spins covering more than 24 numbers are left out.

One further rule catches people out more than any game exclusion: promotions are limited to one per person, family, residential address, payment account, shared computer and IP address. Two members in the same household cannot both run the reload from the same connection.
