Every deposit you make during the day counts towards spins on the wheel in our reward centre. One qualifying deposit earns a spin, larger daily totals earn more, and six spins a day is the ceiling. Prizes run from small cash amounts up to several hundred SGD, with occasional physical prizes in the mix.
The mechanic is deliberately simple, so this page sticks to the numbers that decide what you get: the deposit steps, the prize turnover and the claim window.
How 12Reward spins are earned each day
Spins are tied to deposits, not to bets. The day’s deposits are added together, and each threshold you pass releases more spins.
| Daily deposit | Spins earned | Running total |
|---|---|---|
| SGD 100 | 1 | 1 |
| SGD 500 | 2 more | 3 |
| SGD 3,000 | 3 more | 6 |
So a single SGD 100 deposit gives you one spin. If you top up again later and the day’s total reaches SGD 500, two more spins open up, giving three. Reaching SGD 3,000 in a day releases the last three and caps you at six. There is no seventh spin, whatever you deposit after that, which matters if you were planning a large single transfer purely for the wheel: past SGD 3,000, the extra money buys no extra spins.
Because the thresholds read off your deposits, the wheel sits naturally alongside the deposit bonuses running elsewhere in our Singapore lobby. You pick a bonus in the deposit dropdown as usual; the spins follow the amount.

What the wheel pays
Cash is the common outcome. Prizes start at SGD 3 and run up to SGD 688, and physical prizes appear in the mix from time to time. Whatever lands, it goes to the My Rewards tab in the reward centre, where you claim it to your balance.
You may also see the feature called the 12Play lucky wheel. It is the same wheel, the same deposit steps and the same prize list.
Seven days
A prize left unclaimed in My Rewards lapses after 7 days, so claim it in the same session if you can.
Turnover on a 12Play wheel prize
Wheel prizes carry x1 turnover, the lightest condition we attach to anything. A cash prize of SGD 50 needs SGD 50 in real bets before the money can leave your account; a SGD 3 prize needs SGD 3. That is the same single-turnover treatment a plain deposit without a bonus receives, so a prize claimed in the morning is usually clear by the time you finish playing.
Two practical points follow from that. First, turnover counts on real settled bets, so a prize does not clear while it sits idle in your balance. Second, the 7-day window is for claiming, not for clearing, so a prize claimed on day six still needs its single round of turnover afterwards.
Inside the reward centre
12Reward is the reward hub in your account rather than a single promotion. The wheel is the part you spin; My Rewards is the ledger beside it, holding what you have won and what is still waiting to be claimed. Open it after any qualifying deposit day and you can quickly see whether a prize is still outstanding.
The prize mix and the headline campaign inside the centre change from period to period, which is why this page explains the mechanic rather than a particular prize list. The deposit steps, the six-spin cap, the x1 turnover and the 7-day claim are the constants. Our full list of current offers shows what is running alongside the wheel at any time, including the reload and rebate mechanics that reward the same deposits.
- Deposit during the day. Your deposits are totalled towards the SGD 100, SGD 500 and SGD 3,000 steps.
- Open 12Reward. The reward centre shows how many spins the day’s deposits have released.
- Spin. Use the spins the same day; the cap is six.
- Claim in My Rewards. The prize waits in the tab for 7 days, then lapses.
- Bet the prize once. x1 turnover on the prize amount clears it for withdrawal.
If a prize does not appear in My Rewards after a spin, message Live Chat in your account. Support runs 24/7 and the team can look at the day’s deposits and spins on the account directly.
Spins are credited against the day’s deposits, and the wheel and your My Rewards ledger both sit in the reward centre inside your account.
Questions players ask
How many spins can I get in one day?
Six is the ceiling. A deposit of SGD 100 earns the first spin, SGD 500 adds two more and SGD 3,000 adds the final three, counted against the deposits you make that day.
Do wheel spins and prizes expire?
Spins are earned against that day’s deposits, so they are used on the day. A prize sitting in My Rewards must be claimed within 7 days, after which it lapses.
Is there turnover on a wheel prize?
Yes, x1. A cash prize of SGD 50 needs SGD 50 in real bets before you withdraw, which is the same single-turnover rule we apply to a plain deposit.
Does every deposit count towards a spin?
Only once the day’s deposits reach SGD 100. Below that there is no spin, and the next steps sit at SGD 500 and SGD 3,000, so a deposit of SGD 60 adds nothing on its own.
